Discipline Part 2 – Routine

Are you disciplined enough to do what needs to be done. Do you put your to do list off til the very last second?

Are you spending your time being productive or just being a slob on the couch?

Do you have rituals to get you in the mood to start your day?

Start simple

Make a list of things you want to accomplish every day. Things you want to be a routine or ritual. Maybe it is Workout every day.

Put it on your calender, or a daily to do list app.

Make that the very first think you do every day is goto that app/calendar/notebook and do those things every single day. Maybe even track it on a calendar put a note showing all the days you completed those tasks.

Start off with 1 or 2 things. Once those are like second nature add a few more. Keep them all on your list. But eventually you will find yourself doing them without even looking at the list.

You can constantly add to this. Or even put something down thats a habit but you want to get rid of.

Discipline is key and the discipline will turn them into routines.

Discipline Part 1

A Warriors Discipline is a huge advantage to his power.

Think of your time management. If you disciplined your self to always use your time productively how much could you accomplish in a single day.

For example especially in this day and age of technology.

I like to keep a bluetooth in my ear and listen to audio books while im doing all kinda of things, shopping, working, driving. To the rest of the world it looks like you are just wearing a bluetooth but really you are pumping knowledge into your head. Take it one step further even and listen to audio books when you work out even. Then you are pumping knowledge into your head as you pump iron. Strengthening your mind and your body at the same time.
